  • Job Description: The Product Executive will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing marketing strategies for Agrovet products. The role involves market analysis, product positioning, promotional activities and close coordination with sales and technical teams to ensure business growth and brand development.
    • Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for assigned Agrovet products.
    • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and identify business opportunities.
    • Prepare product profiles, promotional materials and technical literature.
    • Organize and conduct product training for field force and stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with Sales team to achieve product-wise sales targets.
    • Monitor product performance and recommend corrective actions.
    • Assist in new product development, launch planning and execution.
    • Maintain strong relationships with veterinarians, dealers and key customers.
    • Participate in seminars, workshops and field visits.
    • Ensure proper branding and visibility of products in the market.
    • Prepare periodic reports on product performance and market feedback.

Job Requirements
  • Educational Requirements:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Pharmacy
    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM)
    • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
    • MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage
  • Experience Requirements:
    • 1 to 3 years
    • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies
    • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • 1-3 years of experience in Product Management / Agrovet Marketing
    • Fresh candidates with strong academic background may also be considered.
